This notice covers the Tidikelt Travel website and booking application. We use your information to manage access, arrange travel and help when plans change.

At a glance
Google handles sign-in. Tidikelt manages your account and bookings. The airline receives the passenger details it needs for your trip.
Your Google account
Google provides your email address, name and verification status so we can check your access and sign you in. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts. Google access and identity tokens are not stored in your application session.
Bookings and passengers
We process passenger names, contact details, travel documents when required, itineraries, reservations, tickets and payment records to provide travel services and support. If you book for someone else, share this notice with them and make sure you are entitled to provide their details.
Who receives information
Booking details are shared with the airline and service providers needed to arrange your journey. Authorized agency staff can access records to manage bookings, payments and support. Hosting and backup providers process stored data for us. These services may process information outside your country.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect requests against forgery. Your browser also remembers your light or dark theme. Session records include an IP address and browser information. Operational logs and airline request records can contain booking details needed to investigate problems.
How long we keep data
We retain information needed to operate your account, service bookings, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Session records expire and are cleaned up automatically. Deleting access to an account does not immediately delete booking records or backup copies.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time and remove Tidikelt’s access from your Google account. Contact the agency to ask about your information, correct inaccurate details or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for booking, accounting or other applicable obligations.

Contact your usual Tidikelt agency representative. Please include your booking reference when relevant and avoid sending passwords or full travel documents in an initial message.
